The Fleet Decarbonization Accelerator is here to help break down those barriers, with enrollment now open for the Winter 2025 cohort. At the end of this hands-on cohort program, you’ll be equipped with your fleet decarbonization action plan, a business case for a cost-effective transition, and a network of peers and experts to support you and your organization moving forward. Over 40 diverse organizations – including small organizations like the Seattle Aquarium and large corporations like Boeing, McKinstry and Skanska – have made plans to decarbonize their fleets through this program.

I wanted to reach out and let you know about a program that you may be interested in. If [business/organization name] is looking into shifting their fleet to zero-emissions vehicles, you should look into the Breaking Barriers Collaborative’s Fleet Decarbonization Accelerator.

It’s a cohort-based program for businesses and organizations in the Pacific Northwest. The program is designed by fleet decarbonization experts and comes with 1:1 coaching so attendees can leave the program with a complete fleet decarbonization plan and business case. Over 100 decision-makers from a diverse group of organizations have graduated from the program, including small organizations like the Seattle Aquarium to large businesses like Boeing,  McKinstry, Skanska, Seattle Aquarium, Port of Seattle, and a diverse range of other organizations.

Enrollment is currently open for the Winter 2025 cohort, which will hold 90-minute online weekly sessions from the week of January 13 - April 7. If you’re interested to hear more, I’d encourage you to take a look at the website: breakingbarrierscollaborative.org.

Enrollment is open for the Winter 2025 Accelerator

In this program, you and your cohort of like-minded businesses will receive hours of 1:1 coaching from fleet decarbonization experts while learning from fleet managers, industry leaders, and policy experts who know the ins and outs of the process and financial incentives.

The Accelerator is designed to equip businesses with everything they need to walk away confident and ready to decarbonize their business’s fleet, from passenger to heavy-duty vehicles. All participants will end the program equipped with a fleet decarbonization action plan, business case, and a network of peers and experts for ongoing support.

• Week of January 13 to week of April 7, 2025
